Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules for using MelsWare websites, apps and related services. By using them, you agree to these Terms.

1. About these Terms

“MelsWare”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MelsWare. “Services” means our websites, mobile applications and any related support we provide. These Terms apply unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

2. Using our Services

You may use our Services only in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and any in-app instructions. You must not interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer them where the law does not allow it, or use them in a way that could harm us or other users.

3. Apps, licences and updates

Where an app is made available to you, MelsWare grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. The licence does not transfer ownership. App stores may have their own terms, which also apply to downloads, payments and updates.

We may release updates to improve security, reliability or functionality. Some updates may be required for continued use of a Service.

4. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any device or account credentials secure. Please do not send sensitive information through our Support form unless we explicitly ask for it through a secure channel.

5. Third-party services

Our Services may work with your device, calendar, app store or other third-party services. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, branding and content, are owned by MelsWare or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, sell, distribute or create derivative works from them except where the law or a written licence permits it.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue part of a Service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or product development.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. MelsWare does not guarantee that a Service will meet every individual need or that reminders, notifications or third-party integrations will always operate without delay. You remain responsible for important appointments, decisions and backups.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, MelsWare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use after a material update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Support and governing law

For questions about these Terms, please use our Support page. These Terms are governed by the law applicable where MelsWare is established, without affecting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
